Finding the Cause

• When you call, tell us where water is getting in, when it started and what you can see from the ground.
• Photos sent by WhatsApp help us understand the problem before we arrive.
• Move belongings away from the leak and contain the water if you can do so safely.

How the Work Is Done

• Where it is safe to work, we make the roof or gutter weathertight with a temporary repair.
• Permanent repairs are then planned once the cause is clear and conditions allow.
• High winds, lightning or unsafe access can mean work has to wait, even in an emergency.

Repair or Replace?

An emergency visit aims to stop further damage. Whether the permanent fix is a repair or larger work is discussed afterwards, with a written quote.
